Where is Milestrip Storage located?
Milestrip Storage is located at:
3500 California Road, Orchard Park, NY 14127.
(Corner of Milestrip and California Roads.)

What are the office hours?
Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Sunday: Closed

When can I access my unit?
Access your unit any day of the week from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
24-Hour access is available upon request.

Am I required to store long-term?
We provide flexible month-to-month lease options.
Store with us short- or long-term.

How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card or setup ACH payments. You can even set up autopay so you can “set it and forget it”. If you prefer to make cash payments, just let us know!

What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid form of government-issued ID, such as driver’s license, passport, or state ID.

What items am I not allowed to store?
Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items or liquids, toxic materials.

Do you offer insurance?
We highly recommend that our customers consider purchasing individual insurance policies for the contents of their unit. We have a reputable insurance provider that can assist you in this regard, and you will be able to choose an affordable plan online during our quick Leasing process.
